Peterson vs Khan : Earlier today in London, former junior welterweight champion Amir Khan came face to face with his most recent conqueror, IBF/WBA champion Lamont Peterson. Peterson defeated Khan in December in his hometown of Washington, D.C. by way of split-decision in a terrific bout and the two men are on course for a May 19th rematch at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.

There will be much on the line in the second pairing between the two fighters, as Peterson is looking to show that his victory was no fluke while Khan, who had been eyeing a move to 147 pounds, is out to salvage the hype that had been surrounding his career.
