Is Donaire ducking Rigondeaux?

WBA World super bantamweight champion Guillermo Rigondeaux (9-0-0, 7 KOs) has been calling out WBO super bantamweight champion Nonito Donaire, Jr. (28-1-0, 18 KOs) since the beginning of the year.
After beating Rico Ramos last January, and becoming the fastest pro fighter to become a champion in terms of the number of pro fights he has under his belt, Rigondeaux took aim at Donaire during the post-fight interview, which triggered some interesting comments from Showtime boxing analyst, and former light heavyweight champion Antonio Tarver.
"In order to be a complete fighter, you will have to develop your right hand, your right hook. You're going to have to put those combinations together," Tarver said regarding Rigondeaux. "Slow down young grasshopper, Nonito is there already."
